Green Smoothie
2 cups water
6 cups spinach or 5oz bag 
3 cups spring mix or arugula of half of a 5oz bag                                                                    1 large ripe banana
1 med-large apple
Juice of 1⁄2 large lemon or 1 smaller lemon
1⁄2 cup pineapple 
1-2 packets of stevia (optional) 
High powered blender

Place water and Stevia in the blender. Add the greens and blend on a high setting. Add the fruits and lemon juice. Blend on highest setting for 30 seconds. Batch should be about 48-52 ounces-a 2 day supply. Easy way to get 2-3 servings of veggies. Great for breakfast or a snack during the day.
